It is new year's holiday today and library closed. I went by Wun Sha Street, Tai Hang, Hong Kong.
It so happened that I was hungry, and into "Cafe Locomotive", Vietnamese cuisine restaurant, ordered "Rice noodle with raw and cooked beef in soup", HK$38.00 plus 10% service charge per bowl.
