According to Lunar calendar, tonight is 15th night of the first lunar month, named 元宵節Yuanxiaojie, Lantern Festival, in modern time aka Chinese Valentine's Festival.
Urban Lunar New Year Lantern Carnivals will be held at Kowloon and New Territories sides and not at Victoria Park, Hong Kong side where are tidying up for another exhibition in next month.
